Counselling for adults

Whether you have been to counselling before or this is your first time, it is such a brave step to take. It can take you out of your comfort zone to reach out for help.

As an integrative counsellor your needs are my priority and I aim to provide safe non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences. Whether you are experiencing burnout, workplace stress, or you might be a new mum adjusting to a new norm, I will support you to navigate these challenges.

Psychology of weight loss

I worked in the NHS supporting adults who had been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes in addition to supporting adults pre and post bariatric surgery. Additionally, I have worked as a health coach specialising in sustainable weight loss.

Our relationship with food can be so complicated due to so many reasons. I have attended extra training in motivational interviewing, the psychology of habit change and the psychology of weight loss. This training has equipped me to support you in a lifestyle change rather than a dieting culture.

I can promise you that there will be absolutely no judgment, but I will listen empathically to your story, and we can work together to decide how best to support you.

Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up.
